Couldn't resist: here's an arbutus "breast", half covered in old bark (the russet stuff) that is peeling away, revealing the fresh pistachio-coloured bark.
Above: An arbutus protuberance, quite suggestive...
I love the plastic quality of arbutus. This one just called to me, and reminded me of Molière's Tartuffe:
"Couvrez ce sein que je ne saurais voir.
Par de pareils objets les âmes sont blessées,
et cela fait venir de coupables pensées. " (Tartuffe, ou l'Imposteur - Molière, 1664)

This picture made me laugh. When my daughter and I visited Versailles several trees had gigantic boobs growing and we saw same painting "Gabrielle d'Estrées and One of Her Sisters" with both sisters nude and the one touching her nipple. Anyway, it became a source of fun so your picture brought back those silly memories.
Also, loved your quote---did I translate right?:
Cover that bosom that I can not see.
For such objects are wounded souls,
and it brings thoughts of guilt...
Very good translation, Maddy!
Glad to entertain.
